At Roof Doctors, we are looking for a skilled and dedicated Senior Commercial Roofing Estimator to join our team. If you are passionate about creating accurate roofing estimates and delivering exceptional service to clients, we want to hear from you.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Roof Surveying
- Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare accurate job estimates.
- Prepare detailed estimates for commercial roofing projects.
- Research materials, labor, and other cost analysis.
- Maintain records of bids, suppliers, and job costs.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and vendors.
- Assess the potential profitability of projects based on estimates.
- Review projects to ensure that all materials and processes comply with industry standards.
- Ensure that all safety protocols and standards are adhered to.
- Budget vs. Actual
- Warranty Submittals
Skills:
- At least 5 years of commercial roofing estimation experience, preferred.
- Experience in The Edge estimating software preferred.
- Xactimate experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong mathematical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read and understand project plans and specifications.
- Familiarity with building materials, products, construction techniques, and industry standards.
