How often is there weekend work?

Due to the nature of our industry, many of our jobs do require weekend work to meet client needs and project deadlines. However, we prioritize balancing work commitments with personal time. We strategically plan schedules to ensure that employees can spend quality time with their families while also fulfilling work obligations. Our goal is to create a balanced work environment where weekend work, when necessary, is managed in a way that respects personal time.

Is traveling involved with my position?

Yes, because we service the Southeast region, there may be times when travel is required for certain jobs. However, within our company culture and team, travel is viewed as an opportunity rather than a burden. When travel is necessary, it typically lasts between 1-3 days.

To support our employees, we provide per diem and other compensation to cover travel-related expenses. We aim to make travel as smooth and beneficial as possible, ensuring that you have the resources and support needed during these trips.

Do I get overtime?

Yes. Employees will receive time and half for hours worked exceeding the required 40 hours for the week.
